Is there a bike path close to the store?
Yes. The Martin Goodman Trail is just outside our door. We are almost the halfway point along the trail that follows the Toronto waterfront. The trail is a great access point to a multitude of trails and dedicate bike lanes throughout the City.
Where is the Island ferry from the store?
The Toronto Island ferry terminal is 3 blocks to the east of the store at the foot of Bay Street.

Is there parking close by?
Yes, there is limited street metered parking in front of the store and there are plenty of paid lots close by.
Is there a TTC stop close by?
Yes, just outside our door is the 509/510 Streetcar - Queens Quay West at Rees St. Both Streetcars may be accessed from Union Station and connect to the subway and go transit.
Is there a deposit required to rent a bike?
Yes, we require a Credit Card Authorization of $150 per bike and eBikes are $2,000 per eBike.
Are helmets mandatory?
Helmets are free with rental. Cyclists under 18yrs of age are required by law to wear an approved bicycle helmet when riding a bike on a roadway or sidewalk in Ontario under Ontario's Highway Traffic Act (HTA). We strongly suggest you wear one.
Is there an age requirement to ride an eBike?
Yes, you must be 16 years of age or older.
Do bikes come with locks?
No. Locks may be rented for $5 per lock.
Can you reserve bikes?

What happens if the bike gets stolen?
You are responsible for the bike at all times. Should it be damaged or stolen you are responsible for the repair (including parts) or replacement of the bike at full retail cost. (Regular hybrid = $750, eBike = $3,500 plus taxes)
