Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing or via confirmed email. The deposit may be refunded if the cancellation request is made no later than 2 days (48 hours) prior to your rental booking. There are no refunds after this date.
NON-REFUNDABLE:
Deposits of rental reservation cancellation 2 days (48 hour) or less prior to the rental pickup time
**All refunds are subject to a service fee of 5% of the total amount paid
